This is a medium-term loan with a maximum repayment period of 72 months. This loan assists members take up development projects with an extended repayment period that eases repayment. A member is entitled to a loan amount equivalent to Four (4) Times of his/her deposits; up to a maximum amount of Kes. 10 million.

Loan Details:

• The loan is granted to a maximum of up-to four (4) times of the member’s deposits.
• The maximum loan amount is 10 million(10,000,000) Kenya Shillings.
• The maximum repayment period for this loan is seventy-two (72) Months.
• Interest rate charged per month on this loan is 1.25% calculated on an amortization basis.
• Loan amounts in excess of two (2) million Kenya Shillings will require additional collateral as per the credit policy.
• The loan can be refinanced, factored and consolidated;
• In using the Vision Loan to offset another single loan, the terms and conditions of factoring shall apply.
• In using the Vision Loan to offset several loans, the terms and conditions of consolidation shall apply.
